Playing around with my tablet. This is what came out of it. I was using a helpful page by an artist who I adore so the style looks similar to that. The lines turned really terrible once I got to the legs, everything else is… decent.

But the real question is: Who is this mysterious mare? It could be anypony!

I’m not sure how you and Krastos actually spent your New Year’s Eve in Manehattan but I drew the two of you embracing moments before a kiss at the drop of Midnight. It doesn’t look quite the way I wanted it to but at least Krastos looks better than the last time I tried drawing him, poor guy.

Here’s the raw frame of what I used for the last update, drawn by the very talented artfulkur. While we needed a Krastos frame anyway since somebody commanded Carrot to pester him, I told her actually you’re on our music team, and very passionate about making your own music for our animations, so she put a mindblowing effort into this. And she had fun too she said!

So all thanks go to her, I can’t really summarize what a piece of awesome this is, neither can I really take any credit here.

Also, it’s true. I’m trying my hardest to actually create original music for the Sugarcube Chronicles page. I’ve only done one, short track so far, and I don’t think it was very good, but I’m trying my best!

You’ve had a spell of bad experiences lately so I wanted to make you something to remember the good ones. It was nice hearing how happy you were after that day at the beach with Krastos and Sweetie Belle even though it was cold. So, I drew the three of you together based on your description of that day.

I thought about putting it in a corny frame with seashells glued to it or something but I figured that should be up to you three to decide what you do with it! Hope you like it!
