The other ones are still going to be a while, but here’s the first of five tracks celebrating my five year Tumblrversary!
I’ve been watching the Megaman section of Ninsheetmusic for years waiting for a Megaman X sheet I liked and they finally added one! This was an amazing arrangement that still had room for a little bit of my own creativity!
And here’s something a little less April Foolsy.
Finished my run through of Pokemon Yellow last night when I got the last TM. Now I have all the tools ready for Sun/Moon, including a Mew with Soft-Boiled.
Anyway here’s Rocket Hideout.
Happy Birthday, Sir Lintalot!
I made this for later in your adventure, but I figured it’d be better to give it to you now!
Then they threw a Master Ball.
A late Birthday present for my friend Fuselight! If nothing else hopefully it’ll be a gentle nostalgia trip!
Okay.
First upload in a while.
First time doing a spoken intro.
Had a limited time frame to get it all done with.
Let’s do this!
Sheet Music can be found here!
This is easily the longest I’ve ever spent on a track, but I wanted to make sure it was special for the one year anniversary. The only sheet music I had to go by was a Mario Paint arrangement that was useful only as a starting point. Nearly everything you hear is my best attempt to match the original by ear.
This took twenty plus hours easy. I recognize that it won’t be for everypony, but I really like the way this came out. There were a lot of subtle instruments that I usually skip or are unable to pick up on that I made sure were adequately represented here. It all comes together great and I hope you enjoy it!
Thanks for my first full year on tumblr!
And here’s a question mark so you can leave a message if you want?
I’ll be completely honest; this didn’t turn out how I wanted it. I tried to do a bunch of things to make it more complex, but nothing came out right. Almost everything I tried seemed to conflict with something else. I even tried to get Boscov to join in, but it all just sounded so forced, you know?
It’s alright, but I wanted it to be much more.
Here it is! My first commission!
This was a lot longer and more involved than I initially realized. But I think it came out great for the time and effort put into it!
I’ll be sending you, Mister Orange, a link where you can download the high-quality WAV version of the file.
Enjoy!
First, a bit of trivia. While it certainly is one, “Love is in Bloom” isn’t a typical wedding song. It’s more rarely used because it’s often viewed as less of a union between two ponies and more of a union between two families or a group of close friends, or both!
“You’re starting a life and making room for us.”
That said, I love this song.
Sometimes I stick my nose where it doesn’t belong. Can’t help it.
Planned birthday performance by Boscov and me for Sir Lints-Alot and Rocky.
