You’ve never met anypony by that name, at school or otherwise. You’re also eight and have never seen The Brady Bunch. Why even ask this right now?

You decide to just tell the truth, or at least some of it. The pair seem less interested in this than before. Less because they don’t believe you, and more because they don’t care.
Diamond Tiara rolls her eyes when you finish, “If some smudged-up, old mirror is so important to you, why don’t you just knock?”
“Yeah, they’re giving tours of the castle today,” Silver Spoon adds. “Of course, we were on the first tour.”
“And would you look at the time? They might have finished for the day.”
“Wouldn’t that be a shame if Little Liza had to wait until next Tuesday?”
They both grin at each other. They’re right though! Princess Twilight was supposed to start giving tours of the castle every Tuesday! But with it being this late, they’re probably done for the day. You can’t wait a week! If they’ve been on a tour of the castle, they could probably help you navigate. This would make their help even more valuable if you sneak in. That is, if you can figure out how to convince them.
On the other hoof, you could just try knocking. Or maybe somepony on good terms with Princess Twilight could help you get in. Do you even know anypony like that?

1) I’d ask why humans feel such a strong need to classify and label things, like personal theologies, but I guess that’d only be proving your point, wouldn’t it?
2) At first I thought the Running of the Leaves happened while we were gone, but I’ve since been reminded that happens at the end of fall, not the start.
I’ve also been informed by Bon-Bon that I am participating this year. Yay.
3) As long as the stars align and everypony does exactly what they’re supposed to do, nothing bad will ever happen! But how many things have to go wrong for somepony to take an arrow to the bottom? I’m betting it’s a short list.
4) I have two days off next week! I’m not going to want to do anything on the first one, so how about next Tuesday?
5) Lyra: My theory is that she was trying to say she beefed, you know, farted.
Tootsie: Hey! How come you’re allowed to say fart?
Lyra: Because I’m over a decade older than you. Fart fart fart.
Bon-Bon: Lyra! Stop saying that word!
Lyra: Sorry!
Tootsie: Hehe.
6) Sorry for being sorry about both things I was sorry for.

1) Bon-Bon: Oh it was fine. Despite anything Lyra might say. It’s not like they even stayed here at night.
2) Lyra: Weather has been pretty nice lately, same as you. And from what I’ve heard it’s about to be not-so-nice, same as you. I wonder if there’s a correlation.
Bon-Bon: I guess it did impact sales. Didn’t really think about it when it was going on. When stocking up on the necessities, candy isn’t really high on the list. Probably why there was so much left over.
3) How about Friday? If that’s too soon Tuesday would be fine too.
4) S-sorry, Grey. I didn’t mean to upset you.
Doug was pretty cool! I think that was the first show where I liked the side characters more than the main character.
5) You know what surprised me? I saw most of The Croods during a sort-of school party for the foals and it wound up being pretty good! Somehow. I mean, from the commercials it looked abyssal! But there was no unnecessary villain wasting screentime and as a result you got to know the characters well and they all had a lot of heart.

1) Does The Incredible Machine count? Also, why did I think Sierra made Rayman?
2) Okay. Well, a foal got mad and spat in my face twice last Tuesday so if you’re trying to outdo me you’ve got an uphill battle if your chief complaint is wearing a suit.
3) I’m not contagious but I’m still pretty sick. Thanks! Bon-Bon made me some scrambled eggs for dinner. It’s not sitting on my stomach very well right now but that’s future Lyra’s problem.
4) Lyra: It was yesterday! Not as crazy as last year’s, though. There were so many explosions! But we had fun this year too.
Lyra: Today was Summer Wrap-Up, which I was well enough to participate in but sick enough to be exhausted now.
Bon-Bon: Are you kidding? This is when ponies start buying candy for Nightmare Night. If I only just began now I’d be dead-in-the-water by the time it comes around! Preparations for me begin at the start of August. Then I immediately have to begin working towards Hearth’s Warming. And by the start of December nearly all future chocolate production has to be for Hearts and Hooves.
Bon-Bon: My busiest time of the year is over half of the year. Time for relaxation and trying new recipes is long since over.

1) I didn’t get your last message! That’s great! I’m glad to hear you’re all okay for now! Hopefully things keep going smoothly.
2) Well there’s the old mirror thing, which has been contorted into the odd baby excuse we have today. I remember hearing once that a long time ago there was this “cabbage patch answer.” I didn’t fully understand how that was supposed to work.
3) Granted it took me a while, but I did eventually find that this was a Nightvale reference.
4) How does one answer something like that?
“On June 23 I played Hoofball with a mule. I remember it was a Tuesday.”
5) Lyra would like to, but every time she’s tried to join a game it’s never gotten off the ground.
Lyra is also working on a P&P game of her own! It will likely still be a while before it’s even presentable, though. Longer until it’s playable.

1) Well, it was going to be next Tuesday, but somepony just ruined it. Now I’ll have to move things around.
2) This is my favorite kind of question. Really. I just love thinking about this.
3) Well played, little filly.
4) I’m sorry. I’m not used to differing economic models. Could you explain?
5) Somewhere between two and seven percent, I imagine. I’m only guessing, though.
6) None that come to mind.
7) Oh sweetheart, you opened up my eyes.
