2) From what I read, it’s purely a usage nerf. And in truth, it’s a PvE change. Lightning miracles have such a telegraphed animation that dodging them in PvP is trivial, and leaves the caster wide open for retaliation. On the other hoof, the spells do so much more damage than soul arrows or hexes that the number of charges they had were disproportionate to how much they wrecked. That’s the whole reason why faith builds were so popular; it made little work of the majority of the game. That’s not to say what they did was right, though.
If you haven’t yet, before using a soul vessel I’d put a few points into intelligence and try out hexes to supplement the low number of charges you have. If you beat the Dragonrider, than you have access to the hex spell merchant in Huntsman’s Copse.

1) Oh, yeah. Even when I had a bunch of health and armor on NG I still couldn’t survive that. Probably impossible to survive on NG+.
But if you get and upgrade a tower shield you can mostly tank hits. In PvE there’s only a few attacks that will hit through a shield (provided enough stamina). The only reason I would suggest against bows is the cost of arrows in souls counting toward your soul memory, which can make it harder to summon allies if you try to get a decent level as well.
2) Solo? Are you sure? Half of the fun of the game is summoning people to help! Plus there’s specific story threads you can’t advance unless you summon NPC allies in a few fights (and they live).
I could never get that Dragonrider trick to work. But it’s not a hard fight. Just circle-strafe to stay next to/behind him and there’s only one attack he can do to hit you.
1) Of course you did. Don’t care for the 8-bit fad. And it sounds interesting, in concept. Don’t really want to play a visual novel, though.
2) And I remain firm in my stance. Video game reviewing publications do all that work for you, without your having to spend money and time on lengthy trailers and cinematics that do not contain accurate depictions of the game itself. All you need is in-game footage. That’s all you ever needed.
I’m not saying advertisement is pointless. I’m saying the time and effort spent on acquiring a booth, sending representatives and equipment across the world to an expo, producing the exclusive content for the showcase, giving away stuff to get attention toward you and away from competitors, bringing everything back, and the cost of all this plus wages and living expenses for all those involved do not result in a net increase in revenue for a good game and would be better spent on the product itself (or if it’s effectively done, working on the next one). The only end it serves is to help bad games get initial sales they never deserved.
3) Wrong with me? Really? Somepony doesn’t like the same song as you and there’s something wrong with them? I will never understand why ponies get so defensive about music. It’s not an attack on you or your taste.
Don’t like this either. It at least has a decent trip beat going on, but the ironic lyrics ironically sung poorly are irritating and mask a derivative, but otherwise well-arranged instrumental. It’s the kind of music that, if I was cheesed off about something, would only make me angrier with how obnoxious it is.

2) I completely disagree. If a game is good enough to stand on it’s own merits, ponies will be interested in it for those merits. Look at generations prior to the 3D era. How much publicity did they get?
Video games do not need the same kind of ad revenue as movies or television shows. Video games are not the same kind of entertainment as movies or television shows.

1) Yes, but strictly amateur; I’ve never entered a real match. I don’t want to get hurt. I got into it as a form of self-defense. My training was mostly shadowboxing, instruction, and then sparring. We didn’t go to a gym or anything, so we didn’t have much, like, equipment.
Basically, I was taught by one pegasus. Sparred with others, but he created the foundation. And who was this stallion, you ask? Well…
2) I’ve tried, but I can never find anything I want or can afford. I went to the Trader’s Exchange with Bon-Bon, but I didn’t bring anything. She got a hat. I sound more like this (which I first thought was a filly singing, but explains why I’ve been told I sound like a colt).

1) You bet I did! And I think I’ve pinned down why I like the show. The character’s react so real within the setting. I mean, when Pearl got [spoiler], the other Gems had that quiet look of [spoiler]. And their voices were just [spoiler], like when something happens that you can’t even conceive. Steven was so lost at what happened he didn’t even understand when the other Gems said [spoiler]. And Pearl herself was in [spoiler]. You could tell she was in [spoiler], but all she wanted to do was reassure Steven that [spoiler]. They’re just such great characters.

Because it’s not about having fun; it’s about who’s better.

5) It’s pretty nice. It has its flaws, like everything else. But it was by no means a bad game. It’s trivial to completely break the combat, such that even on the highest difficulty you’re nearly unkillable. But provided you don’t level up enchanting or potion making too high you can have a fun, balanced time with it.

Charming, as always. You may be surprised to find that even I had a similar experience, though reversed. I conquered Black Tower without so much as a struggle. But, in spite of additional levels gained, was nearly driven from White Treehollow. Of course it was still crushed beneath my hoof, but I’m sure you can see the similarities.

The Great and Powerful Trixie does not require your permission to speak to her heart’s content about whatever subject tickles her fancy. But, since you are in such need of aid, The Great and Powerful Trixie supposes she can spare a moment from her busy schedule to indulge.
Hatching the Pokemon eggs is easily the most boring and time consuming part of Pokemon breeding. Simply carry five eggs at once, and a Pokemon with the Flame Body or Magma Armor ability. As you must always carry a Pokemon with you at all times, only a foal would waste their time hatching eggs without such an addition.
As each egg of the desired Pokemon hatches, if they do not possess the desired Nature/Ability, then release. By that time you will likely be able to acquire another egg and continue. As it is a continuous sequence, Trixie recommends you bicycle back and forth along the same route as the daycare to speed up the process of hatching, release, and procurement.
As far as leveling the newly hatched Pokemon, if you are in a rush, re-battling the Elite Four and Champion, along with attaining the maximum rank in the Battle Chateau will allow you to fight the highest level trainers available. Simply give the desired Pokemon the Lucky Egg and open every encounter with said Pokemon; switching them in and out as each opponent’s Pokemon is defeated.
However, The Great and Powerful Trixie must caution you. Always EV train your Pokemon first using your preferredmethod.
As for the remainder of your plebeian rambling, The Great and Powerful Trixie does not know of any Lyra or Bon-Bon. However were she, however unlikely it may be, somehow stricken down with physical injury, she would not oppose to being waited on in admiration by her adoring fans. Not that she isn’t already.
