I know that you're probably in a huge funk right now but I want you to know despite how you feel now, you did help her. You had enough love in your heart for her to help her when she needed you, and when the time came to let her make her own choice, to find her own way with her family you allowed her to make the choice that was best for her, even if it hurt you. A true parent will always put their child above themselves. You've proven yourself to be a wonderful mother. You should feel proud.
