Sadly, I don't think beetles can help with brass. You might ask some of the melodica-beetles if they can sub, but melodicas are much closer to keyboards than other wind instruments (brass and reeds), so I don't know if you'd have much luck. For brass, you might look into echidnas. I hear they blow a mean horn.
