Ok i used my lighter to burn the wound so i'm not bleeding anymore, unfortunately my house is now on fire and i live in the middle of nowhere.

If it’s more than a small fire that can be extinguished with water or a household fire extinguisher, then by all rational thinking, get out of the house! Your life is more important than your home!

If by live in the middle of no where, you mean you would be unable to survive long enough to reach civilization, grab some water, food and a blanket on your way out! Good luck!
