Answers after the break.

1) Meta powers says that doesn’t quite work because a pony can still believe themselves to be evil, and their actions to be evil, but be trying to work for the greater good. I’ve seen that many times myself; ponies that do bad, knowing full well they’re hurting others, but believe it will be somehow justified in the end. That’s a very sane belief system; a poor mother might steal food to give to her child. It’s not a good thing, but it’s theoretically justified.

Not every side believes themselves to be in the right. The line of sanity isn’t drawn through good and evil, it’s drawn through justification. In the end, will it be worth it? Chrysalis may very well have taken delight in the notion that she was wicked, but she could, at least theoretically, be justified in trying to strengthen her subjects.

But after thinking about it for a moment, I’m fairly certain Nightmare Moon was completely insane and didn’t even realize she was going to kill eighty percent of the planet.

2) We don’t have firearms, so we don’t have sidearms, so we don’t have revolvers.

3) You betcha.

4) Aw, well that’s- Wait. What do you mean by special?

5) No, that’s cool. I appreciate you killing the grass. We really wanted a dead patch in the middle of the lawn.

6) NooOOOooOOO! I don’t want to think about that [omitted]! That [omitted] makes me sad!

7) Bonnie Bonnet… I wonder if that’s her real name… Not that it couldn’t just be Bon-Bon.

Sweetie’s doing alright, for now. I’m waiting for the end of the year projects to start up. Bon-Bon’s doing Bon-Bon stuff. She has her shows, her cooking, she and I walk around town when she isn’t working.
