I honestly don’t even think about it. Doesn’t seem to hinder him any. Although I have tried walking about for a few hours with one eye covered up a couple of times, just to see what it’s like.

I don’t really see the big deal. It’s sort of harder to focus right away if you turn your head real fast, but that’s about it as far as everyday instances go. Depth perception is overrated.
