I remember this picture from primary school!
If I remember right there was a story that went with it. Sort of creeped me out at the time, but not by much all things considered.
If you look at a big version of the picture, the edit really isn’t even that good. It becomes very blurry around where the head moves. You can see what I mean the best by looking at the hair, toward the right of the chin.
