What do you think the IEP was for?

The only problem is school systems becoming increasingly ridged in their methods of teaching. Whole thing is guided by standardized testing, not by what foals are actually learning.

I've been asked if I'm a wizard and that somepony I don't know loves me. That's kinda cool, I guess.
