I can’t really think of anything to say either. But that survey was pretty cool!

Well! I give up! I can’t even get the most rudimentary stuff to sync up! I have about two and a half minutes of bassline and there’s glaring time errors in the pauses when I try to overlay the lead, and I just give up! I’m gonna go have a few drinks, look up a new piece and start on something else in the morning.

BLAH~!

Oh… Well… At least it’ll be over soon. Need to be more careful before jumping headfirst into something.

The changes I’m making are to keep it accurate to how the song sounds, which is not how the sheet music sounds. I’m sure if I had the official sheet music this would be a piece of cake. As is, I’m going off some midi sheet music that, as near as I can tell, doesn’t even sync up with the actual midi its posted with!

But no… It’s not going to be great. Hopefully it’ll still be okay.

Yeah. You know, Spoonman!

This Spoonman cover is killing me… I thought it was going to be awesome because for once I found the complete sheet music for a piece (that is, the parts for every instrument), but the drumline is missing, there’s unexplained beat measure errors throughout the sheet music (like, the note count just doesn’t add up) and the piece is abridged when I thought it was the full piece and every time I try to fix something I mess something else up!

Right now I only have half of the core bassline done, and there’s like, three flippin basslines and three leads! The measures are all screwed up so I’m going to have to listen to the song like a hundred times to try and get the core lead to sync up with the bass and I’m losing it here!!

I’m just going to try and get the core lead caught up, sweep this out the door and move on to something else… If I’m lucky, it’ll still sound like the source material. If I’m incredibly lucky, I’ll have it done late tonight.

I’ve heard of that show. Mostly about ponies being obsessed with it.

… I gave it a look. I don’t know why. She’s probably just related to one of the other Lyras. Not really any way of knowing…

Well, you tend to ask about those Chocolate Cookies from time to time, but other than that, you don’t really ask for much at all. xD;
As for how I cook, that’s my secret!
I guess baking is one form of what I do. :)
