Hmm… Well now. I will admit, this does sound a lot better. Boss music, like you said, or maybe Castlevania-esque, in sections.

It’s alright I guess. Too upbeat to be a boss battle, but it doesn’t really sound like it’d fit for anything else. Sections of it could work for a level. You know, like a 2D side scroller section, but it changes up too much.

Slow it down a little and pitch shift it down and you’d have some decent boss battle music.

You know me; I like to downplay things. How things really are up there, isn’t public knowledge, and everypony finding out would only make things worse. So ‘shhh’.

Just because Equestria hasn’t had a real war doesn’t mean there hasn’t been fighting. Most stallions grow up to be members of the Equestrian guard and are deployed to border towns. Why do you think there’s so few of them around?

Fighting does break out, and ponies do die. As I understand it, relations are particularly shaky on the border between ours and the griffin territories.
