Yeah, I imagine I will too, soon enough.

True, true. I'm barely ever home anyway! ~Dancer101

What a coincidence, I hardly ever seem to go out anymore.

Not that big of a deal, really.

Yeah well, oh well. They can do what they I want I have my own game. ~Dancer101

I suppose so.

I kinda got bored of The Sims. I’m sure I could get back into the swing of things if I wanted, but I don’t really want to. There are few enough hours in the day!

Go right ahead! I don’t mind.
Seems like some punk would just rip it or steal it, though.
Edit: I’m sorry! In my rush to get to the bathroom, I must have...

That’s a very lovely drawing!

But I'll give him this... He always made a party... Interesting.

Could be worth it, if you’re into that sort of thing.

My friends like to kill of their Sims...hello? Not the point? ~Dancer101

Sorta points to a more profound problem, but no, not immediately relevant.

He kept making weird house designs... *sigh* he was a touch immature...

Tubular.

No shame and no tact are a difficult mix to watch.

Mhhm. Can't wait to see some of the action. But this isn't as boring as watching my friend play sims one day. I was stuck at his house during a storm and he insisted on playing Sims all night.

I’ve been there.

Fun to play, but watching it all I can think of is “I could do better.”

Is the new Deus Ex really that awesome? I never played the first one but I've heard a lot of good things about it. Would you say it is a good sequel to such a revered PC game?

I tots would!

It’s not the same game, though. If you go into it expecting it to be the same, heavily structured, weighed down stat building system from the first game, you’re going to be disappointed.

The sneaking mechanic involves modern stealth-action mechanics, not just crouching everywhere until you can sneak-run (though you can get that ability). Regular prolonged ranged combat is cover-based. You can’t just stand out in the open and take shots like it’s happy hour at your local bar. A only a few hits and you will die, even on normal mode. But it just makes it all that much more rewarding when a plan comes together.

The augmented persuasion system (get it right away) manages to be pretty interesting. You have a bunch of stuff to monitor at once so you aren’t just sitting there doing nothing, waiting for a dialog branch to open.

The multi-path system that, to me is the whole point of the game, is still very much alive. You want to get into an area? Bust through a wall, pass through a gas leak, jump on some rooftops, sneak through a vent, steal something, talk your way in, or just blow everypony the hay up!

That said, I didn’t think the second Deus Ex was a bad game. But I totally think this is better than the first.

Indeed.. Also, I stole a soda. Deus Ex... looks like a pretty cool game. I might have to get my hooves on it sometime.

You should.

Sorry this is kinda boring right now. Just me wondering around hacking stuff and talking to ponies. At least the augmented persuasions system is kinda cool looking, right?

It reminds me of Ratchet and Clank, artwork/animation wise. My friend who showed it to me said it was like Ratchet and Clank meet Firefly. Check out the debut trailer on Youtube.

Sorry, not really that interested. Still playing Deus Ex.

Which you know, you’re still here.

Unless City of Ponies comes out with a sequel, I’ll probably be done with MMOs once that’s over with.

I ain't played any MMOs in ages. I recently saw a new one coming out though. It's called Wildstar. Looks pretty cool.

Hadn’t heard about it.

Looks interesting.

Kinda Fable meets… something that did quick time events that wasn’t God of War.

Resident Evil 4 or 5 maybe?

Oh, if I cared about graphics I would have never gotten hooked on WoW. But A lot of my buddies are getting BF3, and Well I wanna play with them.

Used to play WoW. Was alright for a time. I prefer City of Ponies.

Recently found out my WoW account got hacked, actually.

Didn’t care.

Well, after another half hour of walking in a direction following a compass that doesn't even point north, I'm on top a mountain and it's now too dark to see. I've been building an igloo and I've finally finished it. I'll continue my search tomorrow. It's cold and it's loud, I'll update you more as I travel.

Gracious!

Stay warm!
