I would hope if something was truly wrong like that, they wouldn’t wait half a week before setting up a meeting!
Sweetie Belle’s a trouble maker. She rules the schools with an iron hoof, taking lunch money and kicking flank.
I certainly hope not!
Anyway, I need to send Boscov a message.
Oh… Of course. Maybe I can get Bon-Bon to come to, and we can get Bosc-uh… Krastos to look after Tootsie while we’re gone.
Any idea what this might be about, though?
I just saw that picture.
The comments said it was something from iCarly. I’ve never watched it. The commercials made it out to look insipid.
I hate shows that assume the audience are afraid to be told a real story with dynamic characters, outside of specials (though, even then, only on occasion).
You’re right, it is personal.
I will say that we hugged, and he was very warm and fuzzy, and it made me smile.
That would probably be much more difficult than what I’m doing.
And by probably, I mean definitely.
It’s all good in the ‘hood!
Well, this is a relatively structured classroom. They give out homework and everything! Toward the end of class I even spoke with a colt that has cerebral palsy about Deus Ex: Human Revolution!
I was talking to Cheerilee at one point a while back and she told me sometimes in classrooms like that, things like learning how to work a calculator can be a challenge, even at the high school level. Homework can be completely out of the question. All depends on the mixture of students that get grouped together.
Most important thing to do is remain positive. The students are trying, and that’s the important part.
In fact, memory serves me from when I was in high school, that’s more than teachers could sometimes get out of students without any disabilities!
Um… What?
I already took a nap today. I’m fine.
Might have napped for too long, though.
Mildly/Moderately, with regards to ability to respond to instruction and complete tasks. I work in the Special ED department.
I’d have more in common with your Mom, career-wise, at the moment.
It was fine. I’m working with MI/MO students. Very little resistance, once they understand what’s being asked of them. It’s a pretty positive environment, overall.
And no, but I can’t resist quite possibly the greatest rap song of all time. To this day, I believe the ponies writing that piece knew exactly how huge it was going to be.
I don’t teach. I’m an aid. I just help out the teacher.
I’m signed up to work at primary and high schools, but not junior high.
More on that in the next answer.
