Do you have augmented strength? If you do I think you can use it to get to anywhere you need height to reach by moving large objects.

Depends where you are in the game.
My first playthrough I got the Icarus first. Second time I got the Jump Enhancement. Icarus will generally be more useful, if you explore a lot. You’ll want both, though.
