I, too, enjoy that one.
I’m so glad I found the sheet music for it and learned how to play it!

Thanks!
I didn’t want to say anything, in case it doesn’t work out. But I actually plan on doing a second pass on that Metal Harbor piece and seeing if I can’t get the section I missed.
Uh… Not really.
More into Literature/Composition and Math than Science or History.
Nothing against them! I just don’t have a very good memory for dates, names; things like that.
…
“Is it this one or this one?”
“Yes!”
…
Can you be more specific?
Which one? The thing I uploaded last night wasn’t anything new. Just a rebalancing of volume and reverb on the drums. Haven’t got any negative feedback (not that I’ve gotten much response at all), so I guess I’ll go with the new drum sound.
This is the newest piece I’ve played, if that’s what you meant.
Hmm…
Well, I always feel bad if I leave the house and forget to leave a note for Sweetie.
Worst would probably be when she was stranded at school for several hours. It was back when she still lived with Rarity, but I had taken her to school that day. It was completely my fault.
I wanted to just crawl into a corner and die…
…
Okay, now I’m noticing you have blockhead in quotation marks, and I’m wondering if you mean… Something else…
If that’s the case, when that teacher accused me of cheating? I didn’t exactly take that well. Might have overreacted a little.
Nevermind that I was a hair away from knocking her right-the-hay out!
Oops! Meant to upload this hours ago! What a busy day… Good thing I stick it on my flashdrive!
Like I said earlier today, nothing new here. Just listen to the change in the drums from the original uploads. Should be more apparent with the later half of the upload (Second half of Pokey Means business to Decisive Battle).
Not sure if you ponies would rather hear these or the industrial sounding version. Can you let me know?
Edit: For now, going with the newer drums. Feel free to leave an answer, though!
You didn’t machine gun chunks all over everypony, did you?
It’s nice to be a good boy, but remember that it’s okay to slack off every now and again. Just make sure you make up any missed work!
I spent hours, and I only got like halfway into the piece before I stopped. Was just so tired (admittedly, was kinda on a deadline too).
Double grace notes were invented by somepony with nefarious intent.
Edit: That is, this was the hardest to play solo. Setting up drum sections for Sweetie is much more difficult.
Sort of the same for me. I’m sure things will work themselves out for Sweetie too. But it’s going to be tough until then.
I’m not about to resign to that, though.
Decision isn’t up to Cheerilee; she’s just a teacher. I got Sweetie transferred back into Cheerilee’s classroom; she was with some unbelievable b-… blockhead this year.
That accused me of cheating…
But rules are rules. It sounds stupid, but Cheerilee could seriously lose her job disobeying them.
And either I guess at whatever dosage she needs, or she tries to carry them around with her to use and ends up getting in trouble. Or worse, the teacher makes her share them with the class! Then I’d get in trouble!
I appreciate the input, but I’ve already thought about this from a few angles. If you don’t have a radical idea, it won’t help.
