It's more of me making deals with the doctors than outranking (it's amazing what you can get in exchange for a date). I pulled together a small corral of doctors that are willing to help out as they're needed. The only question is if you want them to go over there, or if you and Krastos can stand a teleport to Canterlot.
I assume the facilities in Canterlot would be better equipped.

I'm sorry I'm not down there to offer direct support. However if at any time there is something the hospital needs, or they can no longer provide services, I can have some of the best doctors in Canterlot pitch in. Regardless, I want you two to know I'm with you at least in spirit.
