CYOA #39

image

You begin to sing the classic foal’s song immortalized by ponynet shenanigans. Unfortunately, those are the only words to the song you know, so you don’t get very far.

Then you start explaining about butterflies, but quickly realize your teacher has already grown annoyed with your antics.

After that you sigh and tell him the truth. Minus the voices in your head part, because that makes you sound crazy. The mountain, the two ponies, the shadows, and how they can’t leave. As you could have predicted he doesn’t believe you, which isn’t fair! You’re an honest pony when things get serious! He seems insistent on this being the product of too much television, video games, or internet before bed.

Distraught and out of ideas you… you hug him and begin crying. You say you love him and that you’re scared for the two ponies you met. He pulls away from you and looks deep into your eyes. He seems to find something earnest deep inside because when he turns away, it’s to grab the rope again and hoof it over to you.

You hug him again and thank him. He replies only by telling you to be careful with whatever it is you’re doing. He doesn’t want to have to start training a new apprentice.

is it okay to give you a hug?

I think so, but I’m still at Boscov’s.

Ask Bon-Bon #012

S-Sorry Bon-Bon…

At first I thought it was just some big ol’ troll and I was playing along with it for laughs. I guess by the time I realized it wasn’t a joke, the notion was strong enough in my mind to not be completely put off by it.
Still, it’s a little weird if...

Still, it’s a little weird if you think about it for too long.

I’m never sure if I’m talking to a pony or a fan of ponies anymore, so I don’t use it as often.
I eventually found the song. Knowing the chorus would have helped!

*sets boscov's house on fire with him, you, and sweetie in it*

Well, you got one part right. Sweetie and I are spending the night here.

With Bon-Bon spending the night in Canterlot, it just made sense.

waaaaaaaa, segregation, yeah. Sabba doo Baghdad
Anonymous

I got segregation out of that.

Not a fan, but sometimes it’s necessary. In public school foals are segregated by species at some point to learn about their specific racial differences.

Unicorn about magic.

Pegasus about flying.

Earth ponies about nature, and advanced physical education.

In college, you can take classes on the other subjects as a humanities credit. Kind of weird if you’re a Unicorn or a Pegasus getting a humanities credit for P.E.

I’ve been looking on my manedroid, maybe somepony can help me.

I heard Rarity singing some song yesterday and it’s stuck in my head. It went something like:

“At home at the opera, on a fancy yacht.

Becoming the talk, the talk of all of Canterlot.

I’m the crème de la crème, not just another Jane Doe, yeah!”

Can anypony help? This thing is an earwig and it won’t leave me alone!

I didn't mean to sound that stupid, sorry. What I meant was something like this: Is hugging Boscov like hugging something incredibly soft and warm but with a skeleton in it?

If you’re earnest, you still did a pretty poor job of not sounding like a troll.

If you want to remove all intimacy, it’s like being hugged with a plush blanket between you and the hugger. But it means more than that to me.

Is hugging Boscov like hugging a very nice big blanket with a skeleton in it?

I haven’t heard anything from the CDC about a sudden outbreak of stupid, so there’s no excuse for these idiotic questions I’ve been getting lately.

Go brain until you have the smart.

Can I hug Sweetie Belle?

That’s not up to me. That’s up to Sweetie Belle.

Boscov can hug Sweetie Belle. He did as soon as we arrived.

That works just as well.

Okay!

I thought he was asking about tomorrow night

I could do that too!

I found this for you :D

This was kinda hard to read without the measure bars. And I don’t know how to tell you this, but after trying to play it… It’s just wrong.

I noticed something was off, so I listened to the actual piece. The notes seem to be in the right place, but their duration is just wrong. Plus, it lacks the introduction.

I’m still in favor of doing this piece, but I can’t do it with this sheet.

Sorry.
