Lost the upstairs bathroom. It’s been spewing out water for the last hour-and-a-half onto the wreckage of the kitchen.

Not really comfortable going upstairs at all until it gets inspected.

I’m already in the process of pulling a few strings. We might end up making a return off of this. Possibly enough to add another room.
