Well, I should be well enough by Saturday to be in that Hearth’s Warming pageant in Canterlot.

My present I accidentally spotted form Boscov will be the bee’s knees.

Oh, and after Hearth’s Warming, Boscov and I are going on a trip to Manehatten!

But hopefully it won't get to that!

Oh, no. We’ve been there for a few days now.

Just means it’s almost over.

Does Boscov ever nibble on your ear?

That’s a little personal, isn’t it?

Ouch, I'm sorry to hear. I sadly know that feeling all too well. Soup not doing the job? Or medicine?

You know, I haven’t had much soup this whole time.

Medicine is doing what it’s supposed to do. The last stage of this illness just happens to also be the worst.

After you get up, you apologize to Amy for laughing at her. She seems cool with it, but does feel the need to point out that she drew it in only a few seconds and wasn’t sketching. You and she exchange a brohoof. She’s a tough old bird. Er… pegasus.

You pause to lean against a wall and pontificate. In popular literature, shadows, and by proxy shades, are usually immune to mortal weapons. However if that giant’s hooffalls made such a racket, it’s obviously not ethereal. You might be able to use your weapons to defend yourselves or drive them back, but odds are you’ll need some alternate method to permanently dispatch the shadows. Sort of like how silver harms equinewolves. Whatever it is they’re weak against will also be the key to safely avoiding them.

As you remain still in the quiet of the air, you can make out what you believe to be a faint hum or buzzing noise.

That’s a tough one.

My first character fights with his bare hands. My second character fights with a mace and knife, and with a bow.

I’d pick the bow, because it can be really useful. But it’s really hard to hit moving enemies at any real distance on X-Colt because the game has no auto trajectory correction like most first-person-shooters on consoles.

So I guess I’ll go with the knife. The fifteen times stealth damage talent makes them very powerful, and they also speed up your dual-wield swing speed.

Haven’t tried two-handed weapons much yet.

“ Hey Lyra, check it out! I drew you!
”
I can see that, thank you!
Seeing as you already sent it to another Lyra, you didn’t really draw it for me though, did you?
But I can ignore that. Thank you again for the drawing!

I probably should. And uh, how are you as well? Been a while since we spoke after all!

I’m still sick with an Upper Respiratory Infection.

I’m at that stage of the sickness where things start to break up and you get the privilege of coughing up mucus until it all gets out of your system. And if you don’t cough it up? You get pneumonia.

It’s a very pleasant experience to have.

...Why do you call him Boscov?

I’ve answered this a few times while sitting in on livestreams. I thought I’d already answered it on my page too.

Just spent a good twenty minutes looking though and it looks like I never have.

If you want more of an answer than “it’s an awesome name,” you’ll have to find me watching somepony’s art stream. Gives you something to look out for.

That's good to hear. Oh, and how's Boscov as well?

Boscov is alright, but you’d be better off asking him.

As I understand it, he recently came into quite a substantial sum of money.

Hey Lyra! How have you been, and how's Sweetie and Tootsie?

They’re both alright; in bed right now.

Sweetie’s really excited about the play in Canterlot in a few days. Hopefully I’ll be well enough to perform my roll in it.

But how else would they display both pony and bear traits?
Anonymous

I know you’re being silly, but that’s a difficult subject.

I don’t know much about bear culture. Boscov and I would have to talk about that for a while to decide how best to raise a child.

If that were to happen.

You turn around and begin yelling on a commanding voice to whoever dared laugh at your comment! Your unspoken decree will not be laid to the wayside by these shenanigans!

Everypony shares a laugh at that one! Woo! On a roll!

Left this time, which is now forward. And being that this room is no different than the last two, this could get confusing. You ask Amy to draw up a map of where you’ve gone so far.

After you finish laughing at Amy’s apparent inability to draw even the simplest structures, she explains that the lines through the “walls” are supposed to indicate doorways.

Twist asks if Amy would like to draw a hand-stitched watermelon slice next time and you completely lose it and begin rolling on the stone floor in an uncontrollable fit of laughter.

Meh, if you and Boscov really wanted offspring, couldn't you just adopt a foal and have it always wear a fur coat?
Anonymous

If we end up raising a child, it’d be through adoption, yes.

But I’d rather they not wear a bear costume all the time.

You joke about turning on the air conditioning because it’s too hot. That seems to get a chuckle or two at least.

You and Princess lead the march crossing the room and head through the right doorway, which is now forward. The next room is similar to the last; just barren farmland. Aside from the curvature of the outside wall digging a little more into the overall room’s size, making it a little smaller, you can’t spot any difference at a glance.

You can only go back or to the left from here.
