1) Yes. Yes I have.

2) Oh! I got one! What if you asked an interesting “what if” question wherein the answer might have some significance?

3) You were misinformed. The only time something even remotely like that would happen is while nursing.

4) You know, I never played the original.

5) Temptation. “Hey! These 7 games, all together worth 15 bits, are selling for just 1!” Guess what? You didn’t save anything. You just spent 1 bit.

6) Not even gonna try deciphering this one.

7) Sure, sure. Plenty legal. But being successful at it has a variety of factors at work. No pony wants to hear an amateur lyre. Steel Pedal Guitar would catch folks attention. Guitar if you can sing like an angel or employ sick technique. Violin if you’ve got purpose or presence. Basically, the more contemporary the instrument, the better you gotta be.

If I could get good at sitar I’d have a shot at it, but most street performers work in Canterlot. I’d all but have to move back there.

One last one.

8) She lives here while her parents are traveling. Lyra. You tell me. What about them? I cannot. Usually duration.

1) Spoilers: The answer is Spoilers.

2) How do you put a date on something like that?

3) I’m not really liking the direction this is going. The answer is pretty obvious either way.

4) Did you say lizard?

image

5) ‘Cept for the blood.

6) I was a thief, not a bully.

7) Because there is no long term solution and the other two choices do nothing for the short term. If the grass in your yard grows too tall, the best you can do is mow it down to size. If you let it keep growing you’re going to get wild animals, and if you yank it all out, you’re left with mud when it rains. You recognize when you cut it that it’s going to grow back, but there’s really no other choice.

1) Look, I’ve had some realistic dreams myself before. But that doesn’t make them anything more than dreams.

2) I-… Ugh-Up until a few weeks ago I’d argue, but after Pinkie and that pool… I’m not agreeing to it, but I’m not denying that it’s possible either.

3) Not until I get a vinyl… Or at least a molded.

4) Either quickly or never.

5) Humans could unite against the threat they pose to each other when they fight. Makes sense on paper.

6) You guys spend too much time on poorly thought-out fantasies.

7) W- I don’t- I mean, I believe in mysteries. Mysterious is an adjective.

8) You let me worry about that.

image

1) As far as I know, she still spends most of her time studying all the changes that have taken place since her imprisonment. She does seem to be regaining more of her own duties, though…

2) Ask Scootaloo what? Whether or not she had a dream that Princess Luna was in? What would that prove? But no, neither the Princess Luna or Celestia of my world have a tumblr. At least that I know of.

3) C-O-N-T-E-X-T!

Person, Place, and Time, you see!

Not those threats that are empty!

You need context!

4) … What?

5) Alright fine. Here’s the intro. Tell me what you think.

6) Magic wins wars.

7) It was an interesting work in it’s own right, but not worth basing a continuity on. Accept it for what it was and let it go.

8) Please see three answers up.

image

1) Uh… Huh… That doesn’t sound made up.

2) Nice troll, buddy. Next you’re gonna to give me “proof.”

3) Most paparazzi don’t turn an entire town against themselves. That would be why it wasn’t their special talent, despite their evident skill. You gotta pick and choose who you write about.

4) Hard to say. Usually it has to do with how relatable the subject is. If it’s something the audience is supposed to relate heavily to, but the subject is off-the-wall bizarre to our culture, make them ponies. Instantly more relatable! On the other hoof, if any attempt to tie the subject to reality is being withheld

5) Buddy, all the cool kids are hanging out with their friends.

6) Not in particular. I’m sure I’d like it if I did, but who has the time?

7) No, a villain is a technical designation by the Equestrian government designed to identify any entity that has made an attempt to over-through, take over, destroy, damage, or otherwise undermine Equestria’s authority as an international power, as decided by the Princess herself.

I swear, if I didn’t know any better, I’d say you bronies just sit there looking for loopholes. Almost like you think I’m making this stuff up on the spot!

image

1) Uh… Am I supposed to?

2) If all I did was eat, sleep, and pee I wouldn’t have been a very useful commodity, now would I?

3) Despite having the power to defeat Twilight and all her friends all at once, Nightmare Moon opted to go the indirect, subtle route and use traps and tricks. In doing so she inadvertently granted Twilight the means to win by giving her the chance to realize what the sixth element was and the opportunity to reach the Elements of Harmony.

Let’s not waste any time on how badly Chrysalis kicked the proverbial dog into the reinforcement warehouse.

4) It’s in the queue. I’m elsewhere at the moment.

5) No comment at this time.

6) Seduction is just one of the many forms of deception. But not one I’m very good at.

7) An interesting proposal, but ultimately one I will not be considering. You make a decent argument, but I just have no intention of changing my tumblr address.

image

1) Are you kidding? She’s Rarity’s sister. You expected her to be a pushover?

2) Ugh… I’m not… Ugh…

3) Stay ova’ ther’!

4) Hey, did you know you have some blood and stuff on your avatar there? So I drew you some gold armor. And a crown!

5) No it isn’t.

6) Ever been poor and suddenly wasn’t with no prospect if having to go back to being poor? Then shut up. Lesson was learned.

7) You need to get a thesaurus or something, buddy. And some better source material.

8) We aren’t and we don’t.

1) There’s usually at least some stuff changed. The more extreme changes are typically if the game takes place on what is obviously human Earth. If so, then the setting is altered.

Some of the races are done on foot; some are done with horse-drawn carriages.

2) Nah.

3) A temporal rift would open up and alter the past. Either that or nothing.

4) No thanks!

5) It’d feel a lot better if it wasn’t just a comic book.

6) I used to when I was younger. I can’t stand it anymore. I can’t even tell if it’s gone bad or not.

7) I think most ponies picked Helios. On the surface, it’s the nice, peaceful choice. If you dive deeper though, all of the choices had perks and drawbacks. From my position now, I’d say New Dark Age is probably the best choice, though I’d never have the heart to go through with it if I was in J.C’s position.

Plus, I love that ending. It always gave me goosebumps.

1) Oh, no. Not really a fan; I just played Enemy Unknown. Good game. Still don’t like that whole “Oh, your character died; forever” thing. I would have rather had like a permanent debuff to the character instead of death, such to the point that if it happens enough the character eventually becomes useless. That way you could still use the character while training a replacement.

2) I want a pony.

That’s the-… That’s the human thing, right? A child asking for a pony?

Please don’t get me anything. I can’t afford to get you anything back, but I’d feel bad if you got me something and I didn’t get you anything.

3) I suppose I misspoke. Maybe I was less of a slave and more of a prisoner? I dunno; semantics. I wasn’t used by just one pony, though.

4) Did you know that XCOM remake was made in Equestria? They changed so much stuff when they brought it over to you guys.

5) You know, say what you want, but Sombra was the only villain to threaten Equestria in recent memory that didn’t trip over his own plan.

6) Bon-Bon is my roommate. She is most certainly not along for the ride. Sorry, no ménage à trois here.

7) … Uh… Um…

Oh, it’s a stuffed animal with pockets.

Plenty, I’m sure.

image

1) Hadn’t heard about it. Sounds alright, but I’m not ecstatic over the idea or anything.

2) Can’t say I do.

3) I prefer the more arcade-y feeling games. There’s just something magical about holding out a riot shield and getting hammered by a helicopter’s turret fire for a solid 10 seconds, before they give up and you start shooting at them to get their attention again, and then repeat. Also, double flare gun from Future Perfect will never have an equal.

But, ah… The closet thing to a modern military shooter I’ve played even remotely recently was Blacklight: Retribution. Not exactly the same thing.

4) You know, I have heard rumors trickling down. Nothing super significant, but there are talks.

5) You can’t place a price on mental health, especially not on the possibility of all that work and trauma resulting in something significant.

6) I thought you said you read through all of them.

image

1) Never heard of it. In fact, I thought it was some comic at first.

2) Idea: Think of a good idea.

3) Become omniscient, I suppose.

4) Actually, I worked as an ambianic musician on Canterlot castle grounds for a spell. Made plenty of money, but I squandered it like a tool because I didn’t know what else to do with it. By comparison, things sort of went back down hill when I moved here. Just, you know, not as far.

But things are pretty darn good right now.

5) “Commandment Number Two: There is nothing I can do about the pun law.”

image

6) And the whole point of stealing a carriage is to take what was being carried inside.

7) Yeah, ‘cept I sucked at stealing too.

You guys! They updated the Manedroid version of the game! We can move now! Mr. Cake, Bon-Bon, Spitfire, and me all went to visit Zecora and Twilight to celebrate!

1) Hmm… That… That isn’t conclusive, but you’ve produced a reasonable doubt.

2) Again, I have no need nor money to spend on luxury. Sorry.

3) I either had or saw other pony tumblrs get messages early off that were all “You eat cake. That has eggs in it. You’re eating meat.” So I feel the need to clarify the difference between the two.

4) Because if I was tall and thin you’d call me Luigi.

image

5) And you are. But I know there’s more to it than that. Why else would a society so afraid of change be constantly changing?

6) OH GOLLY-GOSH!

7) I think you’re absolutely right; it’ll show that you don’t know anything about them. Usually a safer bet to get them something they’ll use vs. taking a stab at something more personal and possibly missing entirely, though. If you know anypony you can talk to about the one you’re supposed to buy something for, you might try that.

agentcoffeeseer:

Meant to post this much earlier. Today I’ve been getting Ponyville citizens to sign a petition to fix a not-so-obvious loophole in the system. In short, orphaned children can only have a last name if the identity of their family is found, and can be proven. Additionally, it is possible for a pony to drop their last name, but no way to adopt a new one short of having to marry another pony. With the law I am proposing, any adult without a last name can create one of their own for the sake of legal documents and processes. Note that they still cannot change their first name, and the process of surname adoption will require some paperwork and proof of identification.

If anyone wishes to help me, please contact me over this blog, or in person at the farmer’s market.

And, of course, I’d be very grateful for any help! For obvious reasons.
