I was actually aiming more toward there being thousands of legal drugs that cause tremendous harm, even when used properly, nevermind when they aren’t.
So, ‘Don’t do illegal drugs’ doesn’t work either.

Of course not. There are plenty of pharmaceutical products that save and elongate lives everyday. Everypony knows that.
‘Don’t do drugs’ is a simple saying that’s short and sweet while also getting to the point. A full explanation would take a paragraph at least.

See, the problem was, you had the first letter, and then the incorrect number of asterisks after it (though I can’t say how many).
That is what I thought you might have meant, though. Or at least what would have made the most sense.
