First you have to tag all the art itself. Then you go to your own page (like this) and click the tag (like this).
If you click the tag from the dashboard, it will show every post that’s ever used the tag you clicked on.

Depends. You can’t really levitate yourself, but if you need to carry somepony in a tight space, it can be pretty effective.
