What was that? Not only permission to gush but an outright request? WELL! HOW CAN I SAY NO TO THAT!?

1) Lyra: No, I’m not okay now. Simple pulled me too hard during a walk and now my knee hurts more than before. And Bon-Bon still doesn’t believe me.
Bon-Bon: I stay by your side when you actually need me. You don’t need me right now.
2) And that’s fine! Everything is fine!
3) Bon-Bon: I wouldn’t put it past Ms. Center-of-Attention.
Lyra: I deny everything.
4) … Uh… I’d kinda have to know what is being argued for and against. I mean, I’m aware of the show’s existence, but that’s as far as my knowledge goes.

1) Congratulations! I still owe quite a sum. I’d probably be paid off by now if not for that one semester at a university.
2) Great! Can’t wait! Just let me know what time or message me when you’re around!
3) I had but I hadn’t looked it up until I got this message. It looks pretty cool! Not so sure about starting at level 50, though. When WoW did that with Death Knights the level cap was 70. It’s still only 60 in Tera.
Also, super lazy developers for making it exclusive to Mithra- I mean Elin. No excuse for that.
4) Bon-Bon: Lyra conveniently hurt her leg by… how was it again?
Lyra: Sitting. Sitting with my leg bent too long.
Bon-Bon: Which is evidently a thing that can happen.
Lyra: I can taste the sarcasm in the air. It really did and still does hurt!
Bon-Bon: But only when you bend it.
Lyra: Only when I bend it more than a forty-five degree angle.
Bon-Bon: Right. Right. But as for me, I just helped out where needed.

1) O~h [omitted] yeah, bud! (Warning: Strong Language)
2) A ringtone like that would get on my nerves.
3) Oh Bbz, you shouldn’t ever feel like I’d be upset with you for sending me messages. I might not get to them right away but that’s what this tumblr is for!
4) Sorry. I let “trucking” go, given the source material, but those abbreviations are pretty universal in their definition. Better luck next time!

1) Oh good. I was worried you might be like 57 or something by now. Just let me know when you want to play!
2) Is a game! That I’ve never played! Which seems strange. I’d probably like it. Same with Left 4 Dead.
3) That’s a tough request. I’ve uploaded many tracks, and there’s many more that were never completed, or even recorded. Sweetie Belle’s version of Hush Now Quiet Now has the most listens. I think Tal Tal Mountain sounds the truest to the original. There are recordings I’ll still go back and listen to myself, like Lower Brinstar or Eight Melodies. I think the Deus Ex Theme was my favorite to work on. A lot of ponies liked Pokemon R/B/Y’s Champion Battle.
I mean, I could sit here all night and just list things. But I am sort of working on two different tracks right now. Can’t say when either will be done.
4) Not ringing any bells, sorry. If this is a reference to Slender, I never played it.
5) I… never made that connection. That is truly horrifying.
My favorite episode of Rugrats was Slumber Party. If you have to ask, you’ll never know.

1) Well, while only super effective against Grass and Fairy, a fifty percent chance to badly poison is pretty nice.
Oh, and on my end I decided to bench Inkay since it and Clefairy will both eventually hold the same position (anti-booster). I switched it with the event Celebi that has Hold Back. It’s already been a great aid for catching Pokemon! In real combat though, it will mostly just be supporting with Heal Bell. I’ll switch its setup later on.
2) No. We don’t really celebrate the holiday in Equestria.
3) Oh my gosh! That scared me too! It was late at night and the lights were all out and I was all “What the- What the?!” Made all the scarier because I hadn’t saved in like an hour.
4) I appreciate the thought, but I couldn’t accept.
That does remind me. We were supposed to play together again! I’m almost afraid to ask what level you are now.

Not ringing a bell, was he scary beyond all reason?
Alright, you got me. But by all accounts it doesn’t make sense.
And if it took you this long to figure that out, then I bet you weren’t expecting THIS!
Squeaky squeak-squeaker squeakin’.
Alright, I’m out of quotes.

1) Ah yes Mawile. Huge Power on it’s Mega Form turning it into the strongest physical attacker in the game. Can have some significant gains from egg moves too.
2) Hmm… Nope. Just beat One-Way Heroics by defeating The Darkness on Inhumane Odyssey with Maniac Mode on, the highest difficulty. Other than that, nothin’.
3) Bon-Bon: Ugh, I wish she’d have been so civil.
Lyra: Oh! That reminded me of that one Rugrat’s episode! “DRINK ME!”
Bon-Bon: I’ll turn him into a flea!
Lyra: And I’ll put that flea inside a box!
Bon-Bon: And I’ll put that box inside another box!
Lyra: And then I’ll mail that box to myself-!
Bon-Bon: And when it arrives-!
Lyra: I’LL SMASH IT WITH A HAMMER!
Holy moley! Can you break that up next time into a few different asks? That’s a lot of stuff!

1) In Tera? Sorry I don’t know much about that. The stuff I would have bought in that was so ludicrously expensive I never spent the money.
2) Lyra: Oh… My Celestia. They-
Bon-Bon: Now hold your horses, Betty Brown. My father loved you. He thought you were funny, and smart, and witty-
Lyra: And your girlfriend. He only cared about me because he though I was your girlfriend.
Bon-Bon: Well- Who’s fault is it that you aren’t?
Lyra: I… ech- Ugh!
3) Oh. No. It’s a calculation that ponies who work in competitive fields created that places a value on the various stats of a Pokemon. They sort of explain it here. I never took the time to understand it myself. But when planing out a team, I aim for Pokemon that, in their final form (or only form) have around 475 or higher base stat total.
Like you mentioned, Shuckle can have some incredibly high defense/special defense, but its base value in those fields is really only 230 each. However, with everything else added together, that’s more than enough to push it to a 505 total.
4) Hey, as far as I’m concerned, when you’re playing by yourself you should be free to play the game you spent money on however you want. As long as you had fun, that’s what’s important! And that sounded like fun!
5) I take it Vivillon rounded out that number.
6) Oh! Ha! Glad that didn’t upset you after all! And yes, abysmal, not abyssal. It was kinda late at the time.

1) Bon-Bon: Oh it was fine. Despite anything Lyra might say. It’s not like they even stayed here at night.
2) Lyra: Weather has been pretty nice lately, same as you. And from what I’ve heard it’s about to be not-so-nice, same as you. I wonder if there’s a correlation.
Bon-Bon: I guess it did impact sales. Didn’t really think about it when it was going on. When stocking up on the necessities, candy isn’t really high on the list. Probably why there was so much left over.
3) How about Friday? If that’s too soon Tuesday would be fine too.
4) S-sorry, Grey. I didn’t mean to upset you.
Doug was pretty cool! I think that was the first show where I liked the side characters more than the main character.
5) You know what surprised me? I saw most of The Croods during a sort-of school party for the foals and it wound up being pretty good! Somehow. I mean, from the commercials it looked abyssal! But there was no unnecessary villain wasting screentime and as a result you got to know the characters well and they all had a lot of heart.

1) Ha ha! I don’t remember that! Though that does leave one wondering what sort of contorted position the bear would have to be in for them to be exposed.
2) Sure, Strawberry. Sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner. Some of Bon-Bon’s family was in town.
3) Well if you don’t know, I don’t know. I sort of live somewhere else, you know?
All I see are all the internet jokes and memes. I just didn’t care for the series much. The first movie was alright. That’s about it. Oh, dig this Wikipedia quote though:
“Shrek established DreamWorks Animation as a prime competitor to Pixar in the field of feature film animation, particularly in computer animation.”
PFFFFFT! Pixar has no competition!
1) Since I use the same team through the whole game, it has to be picked carefully. Though I am basically picking cool Pokemon too. Just cool Pokemon that I’ve also researched and that are powerful/diverse.
I love Beedrill, but I haven’t used it since Blue. Its statistics just aren’t there. I would love for them to add in some kind of equalizer system where weaker Pokemon could have their base stats brought up to par with the 500-600 range (in addition to EVs).
2) I miss Rocko’s Modern Life. I was just getting old enough to understand some of the… special jokes when they stopped airing it.
3) Aw. What’s wrong? Don’t like Shrek? I bet you wish it was ogre.
Nothing comes to mind, no.

Well, once I heard about Protean, I knew I wanted a Greninja. While I was breeding starters with their hiddens, I found Iron Fist on Infernape and that it could be tutored Thunder Punch. Knew I wanted that. And when I found out Golurk could still fly, I was all “Oh I gotta have that!”
While still breeding starters, I found out that a Snivy with it’s hidden doesn’t exist. So I looked up the ability, Contrary, and found something that does. Then I recalled fighting a Malamar with it using Superpower to boost its attack and defense (instead of lowering it) and I said “I want it!” I later discovered that the point of Inkay/Malamar is actually Topsy-Turvy, and to that end it would have been better if mine had it’s hidden ability Infiltrator. But I had already restarted so it was too late.
I never used a Fairy-Type Pokemon or move so I wanted a fairy of some kind. Originally it was going to be Sylveon, but while looking through the list I remembered that Clefairy could learn Cosmic Power; which is a move I’ve been wanting to use. While researching it, I found that it also learns the most powerful fairy attack, a heal, and Stored Power (which grows stronger the more buffs you have). On top of all that, when it evolves into Clefable it’s hidden ability becomes Unaware, which ignores enemy buffs. So, since it has a baby form, I grabbed that.
The last one was tough. I wanted something that could Mega Evolve. I wanted a Poison-Type, since I almost never use Poison-Types, but I already have a ghost, so I didn’t want Gengar. That just left Venusaur. And no offense to Venusaur, but I used it a lot back in Red/Blue/Yellow. So I went in another direction with one of the other Mega Evolutions that had caught my eye: Ampharos. A slow, but bulky Electric-Type that not only gains a dragon attack, when it Mega Evolves it gains STAB toward its dragon attack.
Notable mentions to Kangaskhan: who has a great Mega Evolution, and Celebi with Hold Back: who was cut once I realized I didn’t have a Pokemon that could Mega Evolve.

1) Bon-Bon: It’s just nice to be able to cook what I want. Even things that aren’t candy!
2) Oh yeah. There aren’t that many new Pokemon, but there’s more in this game than any other.
Generally you specialize in two stats to max them out, then put the last few points in a third stat. But which stats depends on the Pokemon, the moves, the ability, and the strategy.
Unless you meant tips on the super training mini-game itself. Though the different soccer icons mean different things, I’ve found the best strategy overall is to fire three or four times, then do a charge shot while your energy (the little colored circle) is building back up.
Alright now this is starting to cheese me off.
We just had a gorgeous weekend for the Breezie migration, and then it snowed 8 centimeters.
Supposed to get down to -13 Celsius tonight.
There is no way this is necessary!

1) Wow! You’re some kinda fast! Just let me know when you’re on and I’ll come play! Can’t wait to relearn how to Warrior!
2) That’s very thoughtful of you!
Oh, and the stuff you sent… well… they weren’t really any good.
But hey! If you get to level 55 I have some blue-tier plate gauntlets you can have! The only interest I have in playing Lancer is how cool the female Amani look in their combat stance, and my Berserker is on another server.
All the female Amani combat stances are cool. They’re my favorite.
